General Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Free Cancellation
A reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Cancellation Less Than 7 Days Before Check-in
If a reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full reservation amount.

3. No-show
If the guest does not arrive at the hotel and the reservation has not been cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full reservation amount.

4. Check-in / Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: until 12:00

5. Early Check-in
Early check-in is subject to room availability and may be subject to an additional charge.

6. Late Check-out
Late check-out is available only upon prior agreement with the hotel and subject to room availability. An additional charge may apply.

7. Number of Guests
The number of guests staying at the hotel must correspond to the number of guests specified in the reservation. Accommodation of additional guests is possible only with the hotel's prior approval.

8. Children
Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge, provided that no additional sofa bed is requested.
Children aged 6 and above are charged at the applicable adult rate.

9. Additional Bed
The hotel provides a foldable sofa bed as an additional sleeping option in applicable room types. Its use may be subject to an additional charge.

10. Pets
Pets are allowed only with the hotel's prior approval and subject to the applicable conditions.

11. Special Requests
Special requests are subject to availability and the hotel's ability to accommodate them. A special request is not considered confirmed unless it has been separately confirmed by the hotel.

12. Prices
All stated prices include 18% VAT, unless otherwise specified in the applicable rate conditions.
